I need my old bathroom basin mixer tap (still attached) replaced with the new one (I provided this). It's in Abode apartment, Russell St, Melbourne CBD.

Looking for licensed plumber to change my old kitchen mixer tap with a new one in my cbd apartment .

Needed Replace shower mixer tape

There are 3 x new mixer taps, a new shoer head(replace existing holes etc), and new sink to be installed. Old sink and taps to be disconnected.

Plumber needed. Bathroom basin set (taps) to be replaced. Also need kitchen mixer tap replaced. I have the new taps (see pictures for old and new taps). Flexible on the date and time - sooner the better. Parking "might" be available in the building (Melbourne CBD), but if the on-site parking isn't available there are nearby carparks and I'm happy to pay for parking if required. - Due date: Flexible

My kitchen mixer (tap) is loose and flopping around. Apparently the brass locking nut is loose. I think a 11mm tube socket is needed to tighten it, Not a normal socket as not long enough. We’ve recently noticed moisture under our floating vinyl floorboards in the apartment. The floor started curling slightly 4–5 days ago, and over the last 1–2 days we’ve felt a soft “squishy” sensation when walking on it. Contractor's insurance required. *Task set to $20 so can get quotes Issue: A plumber came and said the shower base has failed. When the shower is used, water seeps through the tiles or flooring and leaks into the bedroom next to the bathroom. Required action: The shower/bathroom needs professional waterproofing repair/replacement, which will likely involve taking up all the old tiles, replacing the waterproofing, and re-tiling. I was going to go the sealant route, but then I want to be on the safe side when it comes to trapped water under tiles. I will supply the tiles. Bought from Bunnings, but need to be picked up from the store. Recommended actions by the plumber that came: "Recommend rewater proof, grout and retile areas recaulk bathroom" Provide quotes please.

I have an old toilet that has water constantly flowing into the tank from the bowl (circled in blue). I have taken a picture of the water tank from the top as a reference. Additionally, I also need to have the toilet seat from the same toilet replaced with a new bidet toilet seat. Instructions for the new toilet seat have also been provided.
