I have a running toilet which needs a flush valve replacement or rubber seal replacement. It makes a hissing sound and it's a Fowler Newport toilet - see photo.

Ive got a tree that causes root damage to the mains line running next to it. A team came out about 12 months ago and cut a root and repaired a section (see pic) now 6 feet along (looks like a joiner) i have same issue. Just want a quick fix, house will be demolished in a year or 2. Holes are still there from last plumber. Its at side of house, stump house. Need someone asap but can wait for it to not be a public holiday.

Our toilet has been blocked for a month now. We had a plumber previously unblock it but it quickly blocked up again. Toilet paper has come up and is really starting to smell.

Shower is leaking continuously as shower handle is not closing in properly. Feels like it's out of its groove.

Have a leaking taps, did 1 side no problem but cant get washer out of hit tap without breaking it and not 100% sure I can fix. Need qualified plumber. Have washer. Would like both sides checked to make sure it won't leak.

Out kitchen sink tap has become lose. We need help in tightening the same and make it steady.

Sink is leaking a bit onto the cupboard underneath… looks like the connections and seals are very old. Would like to update the sink waste baskets and seal it properly to prevent dripping

Kitchen tap hot water has no pressure. Only hot water has no pressure, cold water coming out fine.

Swap over sink and mixer and re hook up plumbing

The pop-up drain stopper of the wash basin is broken and needs to be replaced.

Remove existing tap set & install new posh bristol lever tap set (1/4 turn) in the shower Plumber to supply new taps (see pic)

Need a professional and experienced plumber to: 1. Install 3 basic bidet sprays to 3 toilets. See picture of bidet attached. I believe the toilet taps are all external. Copper pipe in the mid of lawn has a leak

One of the washers in my bathroom handbasin has failed and needs replacing. The other one could be changed, too.
