Find an experienced plumber in Elizabeth Bay

We need a plumber to remove old tap-ware and install new mixer tap on bench (not wall) and single sink. And plumbing to install a new dishwasher. Dishwasher will be installed by builder where we currently have drawers (see photo) needs to be plumbed in.

Need a broken flush/outlet valve replaced. Seeking fair plumber. I’ve been told this is a more unusual flushvalve. Need to be sure you have the right part. Doesn’t seem to have a brand. And install. Please make offer with cost of part.

Tried to replace inlet as was just broken and just gushing water into the toilet bowl, tried to turn mains water flow off and now corroded mains valve is leaking. Water turned off for my apartment but needs fixing today.

The hot water in my apartment takes a while to heat up, and then cools down. The pressure also drops with two taps on. I expect it may be a TMV replacement and pressure valves. Unsure what this should cost to fix, so after a quote.

Hot water tap in shower won’t turn off. Needs fixing or replacing. Water just keeps running. We’ve had to turn water off at main. Keen to have both hot and cold taps in shower replaced, plus hot and cold taps on bathroom sink, and hot and cold taps in the bath.
