Our toilet is making a consistent loud hissing noise and leaking water into the bowl. A quick Google search suggests a faulty inlet valve or leaky flapper. I have no idea how to clean or replace it and I’d rather not break my toilet further by attempting it so if there’s anyone on here who can give me a hand with this issue then that would be fully sick 😎

Need help with repairs for two sinks. Bathroom sink: The water drains very slowly, likely due to a blockage in the drain that needs to be cleared. The handle on the right side is loose and tends to fall off, so it needs to be repaired or replaced. Kitchen sink: There is a leak from the faucet. Water is coming out from a gap when the tap is turned on (see attached image). Looking for a qualified plumber to fix these issues. Please let me know your availability and if you can purchase replacement parts (such as the faucet and handle) if needed.

Undo both flexible waste connections by hand, undo clips from underneath kitchen sink. Remove kitchen sink out of position. Using reciprocating saw or jigsaw section of cupboard out underneath where mixer tap is. Once removed, reinstall kitchen sink and test for any leaks.
Vinny was exceptional and is highly skilled at what he does. I’d recommend him to anyone and he definitely has my recommendation and reference. Even better he’s a top bloke and very genuine. Highly recommended 👍

I'm looking for a licensed and insured plumber to replace two basin mixer taps, change a bath/shower mixer cartridge, and refit a bath spout. I will provide the basin tap replacements and a cartridge for the bath/shower mixer. We've also getting water behind the shower after use and low flow to our kitchen mixer tap, which needs investigating.
