I need two small jobs done at my apartment. - The screw attaching the toilet seat and lid to the actual toilet has snapped and needs replacing. Half the screw is lodged in the toilet still so may need long nose pliers or equivalent to get it out. - Drainage point on balcony is blocked with debris. Will need to remove the grate cover and have something long and flexible to scoop out organic matter.
