Need someone to fix shower floor. Drain side floor is bit higher than the other side, so all the water is getting collected other side rather than going to drain.

Disconnect and cap off existing internal gas storage hot water tank. Install new instantaneous gas hot water outside on the side of house, about 2-3meter from gas meter. I will supply new unit (rinnai b16) . Just looking for labour cost. House is on stumps. Overall the works needed: -Gas test before any work commence. -disconnect and drain exisiting hws. -cap all exisiting points at plaster wall. -remove flue and leave the rest in the ceiling space. -alteration of gas line to new hws. -get under the house to cut TEEs in hot/cold line to run to new hws. -all new valves fitted -final gas test.
