One wooden plank of flooring has a hole in it that needs to be replaced. I'm looking to replace only the damaged section, which is between the joists. The plank is approximately 14 cm wide, and the thickness of the wood (cypress pine) is about 2 cm. The length of the area to be replaced is about 2 feet (60 cm). The hole itself measures about 15 cm, but there's also a crack that extends from the hole, measuring about 35 cm. There is access under the house thru crawlspace.

I would like someone to remove an old awning and replace it with a new one I just purchased. The new awning is an Instahut 3mx1.5m one with plastic frame and polycarbonate roofsheets, basically the same as the old one. I am flexible as to when the job needs to be done but preference for Friday, Sunday and Wednesday. "caroma aire concorde" with bottom inlet - photo attached (it replaces an original "Caroma concord", so should sit on same spot, and not leave holes from previous toilet). I have checked set out works for S-trap in the installation manual (255mm). You do new 60-10mm cement base. do all clean up. YOU SUPPLY - new inlet metal braided or copper hose and tap -wedges to prop up toilet in cement bed -3:1 sand cement mix (can't use quick set or lime - it cracks the base) - (if needed) new cap/seal for the floor drain the strap connects to. No special kit to make it fit is needed. 2. remove and dispose of old toilet. Clean up floor dust/cement 3. Service 4 taps. replace 4 washers and reseat old taps, clean / lube all relevant bits. I have washers which I hope fit. But provide your own washers just in case ... 4. location is 2nd floor apartment with no lift.
