For anyone needing clarity the stand does not need to be built, that has been done. This is not a TV installation that requires drilling and installation skills. I could do this easily but it’s impossible to safely move the screen on my own. 1. Remove screen from mount. 2. Carefully re-box into existing box. 3. Attach mount to new screen. 4. Attach screen on mount to stand. 5. Move empty box to top of shelving. I will help with the lifting of the screen on and off the stand. Based on the simplicity of the job it should take 30 mins max.

Double coat smaller Samoyed needs grooming, shampoo, blow dry, brushing and small shaving only around bottom area. Focus would be around brushing not too fussy about nails and other details that we can do at home. He got a full groom just a few months ago. My property insurer requires a licensed electrician to do a THERMOSCAN of switchboards. There TWO adjacent and identical buildings in Potts Point that will need to be examined, and a separate report will need to be written for each building. I need the inspection done some time on Thursday 21 March. I have the following switchboards: -- TWO main building switchboards, 1 for each building (see photo) -- TWO restaurant switchboards, 1 in each ground floor restaurant (see photo of switchboard that has the word "HOOD") -- TEN switchboards, 1 in each of the 5 residential units across the two buildings (all identical to the photo with "Hot Water, Hot Plates, Wall Oven") The two buildings are identical terrace buildings and are immediately next door to each other.
