We recently took down a TV wall mount, leaving a few holes from the bracket and cabling that need patching and painting. Additionally, we’ve removed an old air conditioning unit (window air conditioner?), which has left a larger opening. We’re looking to have the interior hole covered, plastered and painted. As for the exterior hole, it requires new weatherboard to patch up the opening. We understand this might fall outside your service scope, so please advise if you do/don't handle external house repairs. I've also not included the exterior work in the task budget. That can be quoted separately. On that note, we are more likely to offer the job to the awesome person who can do the external repairs as well i.e. replace the weatherboard (and painting) so feel free to include the quote for that. I understand that my initial budget is at the low end and appreciate that it will be more than this. I’ve added the photos. The opening is approx 600x800 cm and the area that the TV was mounted is approx 500x200 cm. I also discovered a crack in the wall that’s about 500cm long. A pic of the exterior wall is also included where there is now a temproary sheet to cover the opening. Please be patient as I can only check the app at the end of the day, so expect a bit of a delay in my response.
