Find an experienced handyman in Australia Square

I have a minor roof leak which occurred during the heavy Sydney rain two weeks ago. A crack has formed in my ceiling and water was entering through it. It is only a small part of the (easily accessible) roof, near some skylights and possibly just some gaps need to be sealed in the problem area. A gap has been patched up with silicone before and I think a new layer needs to be applied. If there are other gaps along the wall or flashing that need to be sealed, or a different recommended solution from an experienced roofer or carpenter I'm open to it.

Hoping to find an Experienced Professional Handyman for a small job. Could you please provide the Concrete Wall Plugs and bring an Electric Drill. I have included a photo of a pack of ten that could be purchased at Bunnings. They are about $20 for 10. They are 8cm long. I hope this is long enough to be strong to hold some pictures up (2 are heavy and covered in glass). Please make the judgement for the right WallPlugs with casings / anchors etc. They would need to all be from one set and look the same for consistency. I have made the markings in the walls for the whereabouts of the drilling after taking measurements of the picture frames and ropes etc, so it's all ready to go. I have a reliable chair that can be stood on for the job. There are about 6 places marked for 5 pictures and one mirror. I can move the furniture out of the way prior to your arrival. I can pay a flat rate of $160 that would cover the concrete plugs. The day I was hoping to get it done was Friday 26th April. Parking is usually free around here, its a less busy area.
