There are a few very noticeable areas that need repair. Not huge areas, maybe a total of less than 10 sq meters (the entrance of a hallway and corners of two bedrooms).

Install floor trim under front door to ensure door doesn’t get caught on floating floorboards when they swell with heat and moisture.

I've picked up some floorboarding from Bunnings, just hybrid to replace the current floating floorboards, and one carpeted room, in my flat. The space needing floorboards is roughly 50m2. Skirting boards will also need to be installed, looking at 70 linear metres. The house is currently furnished but things can easily be moved as the work progresses. The larger bedroom is currently carpeted, which can be removed prior to the work. The smaller second bedroom already has the new floorboards laid, and won't need doing.
