I need someone to come out and re-seal / replace the bottom seal on my front door because we’ve had mice coming in from the front entry (looks like they’re getting through a gap at the bottom). What I need done: • Inspect the door bottom + threshold and find where the gap is • Replace/repair the door sweep / bottom seal (something durable + mouse-proof) • Seal any gaps along the threshold/edges (silicone/adhesive/sealant as required) • Make sure the door still opens/closes smoothly and doesn’t drag • Clean finish (no messy sealant)

Previous roof leak coming through to ceiling. Need to inspect area above and rectify - flood test, check and fix or replace flashings/cappings, etc as needed. Provide a warranty.

Need the perimeter caulked, and one balcony

I have a shower leak, some days ago I tried epoxy regrouting myself but it seems that did not help. As it was not very clean and if anything it might have changed a few things. The base of the shower now has a little dip . The shower has brick walls and is 1x1 mt square...small shower. Perhaps regrouting and redoing those tiles would help and maybe waterproofing that part of it. Let me know pls Here is some additonal information : OK SO THIS WOULD NEED RETILING TOO as the walls are retiled before ( there might have been a board underneath that) , so that needs to be removed, waterproofed and retiled. I have added some additional photos, which show you how the leak is coming on the exterior of the shower wall. Let me know now pls and also how many days do you need. Pls include tiles cost (for shower part only) and taking away all the waste as well. thanks

Atrium leaks when it rains. We THINK the seals where the horizontal aluminium flashing abuts the 1st floor brickwork is compromised causing leaking in 4 or 5 spots. See photos. Need someone to seal it all up from external to stop the leaking. You’ll need a ladder.

Hi, I have one gutter that needs repairing. It looks a bit bent, probably from a ladder being lent on it, so looks like it needs to be bent back into place, or perhaps needs another support bracket. The result is that water overflows out of the gutter in a heavy rain. Not particularly evident from the photo. The other issue is a down pipe that needs a section replaced.

I would love someone to dog proof my balcony so that my small dog can't get through the gaps between the posts and under the glass. Ideally I'd like this to be with perspex and with no drilling/nails to the posts if possible. The balcony is 6.0m in one part, 1.8 in another and 41cm high

Plaster cornice next to a chimney in the upstairs bedroom looks damp. There is presumably a leak in the flashing on the slate roof where the chimney is. This needs to be repaired.
