Hey mate I need someone to give me a hand replacing this quad gutter down the side of a house, it’s 400mm side access. Struggling to find a way to do this easily. Happily to split the job with someone who has done this before. Cheers Danny

Clean leaves from external eaves gutters at ground level only approx 75 metres x 3.5 metres high

I would love someone to dog proof my balcony so that my small dog can't get through the gaps between the posts and under the glass. Ideally I'd like this to be with perspex and with no drilling/nails to the posts if possible. The balcony is 6.0m in one part, 1.8 in another and 41cm high

Plaster cornice next to a chimney in the upstairs bedroom looks damp. There is presumably a leak in the flashing on the slate roof where the chimney is. This needs to be repaired.

Two stone tiles ( total area 26x88cm ) need to be relaid on an outdoor terrace but the surface has to be waterproofed first as the old waterproofing came off when the tile was taken up.

Roof trusses will arrive by semi trailer, crane will need to be in position to lift them off and place them on wall frames.

Remove and dispose of approx 400sqm of ceiling blown in insulation. Easy access up attic ladder and spacious standing height roof space. You will need your own industrial vacuum equipment. Need done asap.

Roof leaking in bathroom. Small leak. Seems to pool on one side of the sky light. We have tried to find the leak on the roof & can’t seem to locate.

A few bolts are out and it's only matter of time before other bolts loosen up too. I've placed sandbags on the roof to prevent the wind from tearing out more of the roof. Willing to pay more than budget depending on the work involved. Dimensions - 4.5 x 3.5 m approx (5 sheets of 3.5 x 090 m sheets stacked one next to each other, overlapping a bit on the edges. There are 30 to 35 roof tiles got leak stain need to change

We are the 18 unit two floor bock apartment,built in 60years ago,the roof condition is poor, a couple of units were leaking when the weather was bad. So that may need replacing whole the roof.

We had a major roof leak experience a few weeks ago. Our insurance company has demanded we get repairs done ASAP. As a first step we a looking for quotes on the replacement of a box gutter system ... I can send photos in separate email if required.

I have a few cracked tiles on the roof left by solar installers. The relevant area is about 40% of the entire roof. I have some spare tiles but probably but enough. There might be a few sections of pointing that needs resealing as well.

need a downpipe elbow installed / fixed. hs come off over time.
