Need help to secure a whirlybird roof vent which has come loose in the recent winds. Still attached, but wobbling in the wind. One story house however sloping block means back of house is equivalent of two stories high.

Looking for someone to help locate and remove a dead animal (possibly a rat) in the roof. I’ve already removed some tiles (from roof) and checked myself but haven’t been able to find the source. Hoping someone with the right tools or experience might be able to track it down more efficiently and remove.

One of the timber slats on our roof is coming away from the ceiling and needs to be glued/screwed back in place. The ceiling height is about 4.5m (estimate) high.

As per the picture the scotia on the roof needs to be replaced as it has rotted away. Looking for the highlighted pieces to be replaced and painted.

I will have the roofing delivered and screws prior to installation. 5 sheets @6.5 meters It is a flat roof. I will help remove and dispose of old roofing on the day. I have also have all the tools for removing and installing the roofing sheets.

I need someone with a tall ladder to clear out the spouting on the south side of the roof. The gutter guard will need to be removed to clean and then once cleaned, the gutter guard to be reinstalled.

I am flexible on budget...looking for a reasonable quote. Possum noises heard intermittently from the roof of the single storey house. Have tried to plug in a couple of suspected possible access points. Suspect the possum is still there. So, the task is to check and remove if it's there. Also check if there are still any access points requiring attention in order to prevent possum's return.

The pvc pipe on the garage roof has a small crack and is leaking. Just needs to be taped or glued. Ladder is provided and the roof is flat.
