I saw some leaking on my patio. The leaking is at the middle. The length is around 5 * 4, 20 meters in total. As one side is around 5 meters long. I have marked out the leaking or over flow point. Toyota Estima 2004. When rain / car wash , water seeps thru sunroof circumference seal into car and back up internal roof lining and drips into seats ( front passenger side ). Suspect circumference seal is defective or choked drainage pipe that runs along A column.

There's a leak from the garage roof through the downlight when it is raining heavily. It's a Colourbond flat roof and the part of the leak is single storey.

There are two areas on the roof with water seepage issues. One spot does not drip water during rain but occasionally drips in good weather. The other spot has a black stain on the ceiling corner. When touched, it feels dry.
