I want to replace a kitchen sink mixer with a new one. The under sink area is quite tight. A plumber who’s got the right tools and knowledge will be better placed to do this. I’ve already had a handyman around who said it needs an experienced plumber.

Supply and install replacement toilet to apartment in Waterloo NSW

Fix toilet - install & replace with a new fill valve. No water to flush the toilet. Help source/identify what new fill valve to purchase

Blocked laundry drain. I’ve already removed and cleaned out the S-bend, but the blockage remains further down the line. The drain takes water from the washing machine, heat pump dryer, and standard sink. The dryer’s drain hose sits over the sink and dribbles into it when running.

Bought a shower water filter. Meant to be easy to install. Just don’t want to fuck it up. Task is just to install it.

Every time I turn on the hot water there's a screeching sound. I need to replace the tempering valve.

Every time I flush the toilet, water continues to trickle into the bowl for several minutes before it finally stops. Details: Toilet: Toto Washlet (bowl model) Flush mechanism brand: unknown – see photo of the flush button attached No leaks on the floor; the issue is only the prolonged flow into the bowl. I need a plumber/handyperson who can: Identify the cause (e.g., worn seal, faulty flush valve, float issue). Supply the necessary replacement parts or tell me what to buy beforehand. Install the new parts and test the flush.

I have just purchased a well verti shower filter and need someone to install it in my shower. I don’t have the ability to shut water off to the apartment, but apparently this isn’t an issue when changing the shower head or putting a filter instead
