Taps in the bathroom are leaking. We replaced valves but it’s still leaking

The solenoid at the tap is making noise and I believe may need to be replaced

As shown in the photo. The joint is dripping water. The rubber gasket/seal of the plastic pipe joint needs to be replaced.

Our sink tap starting leaking recently. At times it is worse than others - usually just a slow dribble here and there. It certainly isn't gushing out, at least, not at this stage. The problem is potentially a leaking o-ring. We've attached a photo, if it helps, the leak is coming from around where lever sits. Thanks for any help/advice!

Require a licensed plumber to perform a couple of tasks for a kitchen renovation project. We will demolish the existing kitchen. Assuming all that’s required we would need: - disconnection of pipes. - not sure if electric hot water unit needs disconnection. It’s not sitting on any cupboards and lives below the coffee machine (between dishwasher and oven). - reconnect pipes with new single under mount sink and tap within bench. - install new dishwasher. This will be moved over slightly as we will be putting an empty bin draw where it currently is to create easy access to hot water unit. - any other tasks that may be required as we are not experts and it’s our first renovation. *there is no gas.

Kitchen sink is blocked and not able to unclog with draino or plunger

The existing tap (below) is leaking. We have purchased a replacement tap and require a plumber to remove the existing tap and replace it with the new tap.

Hi Our main kitchen tap is loose (not leaking) and needs tightening up. Medium complexity, as it is a bit tricky to access to tighten up.

Hi, Looking for an experienced plumber to unblock drain and replace galvanized pipe with PVC and sharing issue below to help: * Recently renovated bathroom with brand new vanity and sink (unit is a 1930's art deco) * New vanity sink would clog up after ~4 seconds running the water at maximum velocity * Builder tried opening the outside galvanized pipe (pic highlighted in red) and scraped a metal rod in the horizontal and vertical pipe to try unblock it) * Afterwards vanity sink completely unusable as it clogs < 1 second of water at max velocity

I have a toilet that continues to flush well after pressing the flush button on the toilet. This has been fixed before but as it is an older toilet, it just needs an adjustment. The toilet works perfectly fine otherwise. I do not need an official plumber or anythiing nor do I need a certificate etc. The times that I can get this fixed is usually between Mon to Wed 11am to 4pm. Also depending on the tenant.
