Basin mixer tap replacement

Looking for a qualified plumber to replace the mixer (I think) in the kitchen. My brother has had a look & we tried to get the top of the tap off to fix but were unable to.

Bathroom tap is leaking under handle, needs to be replaced. I have a replacement tap.

1. Need to either fix or replace mixer tap. Tap is leaking from the base, can't seem to find problem probably a worn out washer. I have spare new tap or mixer cartridge if needed to replace. 2. Recaulk two showers. - One shower 1m by 1m - second shower is bathtub, 2m by 1m

My current bathroom tap is dripping so I bought a new one to install, it seems to be the same size (photos attached), it's not urgent and we are very flexible with time as my girlfriend works from home. We are based in Southbank and parking could be challenging.

There is a leakage of water from the bath & shower faucet, it s single lever. I think inside rubber ring needs to be replaces. The shower head is spraying water out of the back. Seems loose on ball that it rotates on - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 15 August 2022 around 2pm as I have a guest arriving at 3-4pm

Hot water continues to come out of the shower head when the shower is turned off. The shower is a Hansa mixer tap. I'm not sure if the whole mixer or the just the cartridge needs to be replaced. The toilet seat broke off. Need some help to fix it/install a new one

It's a Reece Toilet. The outlet valve stopped working a few days back. Need to have it repaired or replaced (another company's product is also fine).

Possible toilet blockage. My toilet started making weird noise and flooding out of no where. I can still flush the toilet with no issues. There seems to be a leak in our toilet cistern. Cistern fills up and then the water slowly leaks forcing a top-up. So we keep hearing the water re-filling. - Due date: Flexible

My toilet is constantly trickling (within the basin, not outside). So it is wasting water. I need someone to have a look and fix it. Might be changing a rubber or the whole system. Would be good to apply the same fix to my other toilet too, so that it doesn't also fail soon. I believe the toilets are 16 years old, so it might be an age thing. - Due date: Flexible
