Looking for a qualified plumber to replace the mixer (I think) in the kitchen. My brother has had a look & we tried to get the top of the tap off to fix but were unable to.

Bathroom tap is leaking under handle, needs to be replaced. I have a replacement tap.

1. Need to either fix or replace mixer tap. Tap is leaking from the base, can't seem to find problem probably a worn out washer. I have spare new tap or mixer cartridge if needed to replace. 2. Recaulk two showers. - One shower 1m by 1m - second shower is bathtub, 2m by 1m

There is a leakage of water from the bath & shower faucet, it s single lever. I think inside rubber ring needs to be replaces. The toilet press buttons came loose and not sure what needs to be done. Basically when you click the toilet buttons, its like the support base is pushing down and the buttons do not work because the support has gone loose

It's a Reece Toilet. The outlet valve stopped working a few days back. Need to have it repaired or replaced (another company's product is also fine).

My toilet is constantly trickling (within the basin, not outside). So it is wasting water. I need someone to have a look and fix it. Might be changing a rubber or the whole system.
