Handyperson wanted to change a kitchen mixer tap. New tap already purchased and just needs to be swapped with the old one. Please see photos. Southbank apartment, with parking available in the basement.

Basin mixer tap replacement

Looking for a qualified plumber to replace the mixer (I think) in the kitchen. My brother has had a look & we tried to get the top of the tap off to fix but were unable to.

Bathroom tap is leaking under handle, needs to be replaced. I have a replacement tap.

1. Need to either fix or replace mixer tap. Tap is leaking from the base, can't seem to find problem probably a worn out washer. I have spare new tap or mixer cartridge if needed to replace. 2. Recaulk two showers. - One shower 1m by 1m - second shower is bathtub, 2m by 1m

There is a leakage of water from the bath & shower faucet, it s single lever. I think inside rubber ring needs to be replaces. It's a Reece Toilet. The outlet valve stopped working a few days back. Need to have it repaired or replaced (another company's product is also fine).

There seems to be a leak in our toilet cistern. Cistern fills up and then the water slowly leaks forcing a top-up. So we keep hearing the water re-filling. - Due date: Flexible

My toilet is constantly trickling (within the basin, not outside). So it is wasting water. I need someone to have a look and fix it. Might be changing a rubber or the whole system.
