We have a dual-head shower from Aquas and for the past few months the button to switch between rain head and handheld has been broken. I’d like to get that fixed. It may involve a replacement part or a new unit - I can’t tell because I can’t dismantle the shower. I hope someone can help work out what to do.

Leaking outdoor tap, have a tap repair kit.

Seal connecting cistern to pipe has failed and is dripping water. Replacement required. Was done recently by a plumber but clearly not a good job. I work from Home so a plumber could do this on the way through to another job.

The kitchen sink cold water tap has stopped working (today) - it turns and turns but no water will come out. The knob itself is in the wall (not on the faucet) It was a bit stiff yesterday out of the blue but after working with it a few times I was able to get a flow, however it appears to have stopped altogether today. I am currently unable to work currently for medical reasons and am on benefits so my budget for this is very minimal. Thank you.

Small leak under kitchen sink. Remove garden hose that’s also attached to cold water outlet and just refit the cold water tap hose into the water pipe. Ensure the connection is watertight.

When the tap is turned on water runs out from behind the cosmetic plate that the tap is attached to. Zero rush. Can be done in weeks not days

We have an old sink that’s useable but it’s come loose. The bolts have rusted away and one has snapped. Remove the rusted bolts, replace with new ones, knock off the old grout from the sink, screw the sink back on the wall, seal it.
