Our tenant's 1 bedroom apartment is on the 1st Floor. The toilet is fully blocked and cannot be used. It has been draining slowly for two to three days prior. They have added toilet safe drain cleaner and avoided adding toilet paper during this time. Despite this, it is now fully blocked.
