Looking for a qualified, licensed plumber to diagnose and clear a persistent toilet blockage and inspect the drainage line. The Issue: The toilet is unable to flush away heavy solids without manual plunging. We are also noticing small drain flies near the front and back toilets, indicating potential sludge accumulation or venting issues in the line. Requirements: Must be a licensed plumber with proper drain clearing tools (plumbing auger / drain eel). Ideally has a CCTV drain camera and hydro-jetter on hand if a deeper main line blockage or root intrusion is found (please specify in your offer if you carry this equipment and if there are additional fees for using it). Inspect the toilet mechanism/seal and advise on the root cause. Located in Malvern East. Flexible with times, but looking to get this sorted as soon as possible.

Fix kitchen tap and leaking

Hi seeking a skilled taster to help restart our gas hot water unit - a trades turned the gas off and in turning it back on the hot water unit wouldn't restart - we have tried the manufacturer instructions to clear the air and restart without success - see pics and will accept first reasonable offer - remote service providing instructions also ok / thank you

Replacement of kitchen mixer tap. New tap and hoses purchased. Same brand. Install new mixer tap, clean away old tap and hoses.

Got a shower head filter from amazon. Can’t install it.

Repair leaking shower head. We try and keep the arm straight and the taps tightened but it still leaks. It's not a fast leak, but it needs to be fixed.

1 )The shower head has fallen out of socket . 2) the seal around the shower floor is getting mouldy because the seal has worn away
