Need a 900mm vanity replaced in the bathroom along with mixer tap installed. Vanity will need to be leveled (vanity looking to buy doesn’t have adjustable feet) and also silicon applied to ensure professional finish. Also require certificate of compliance. See pictures of current vanity (and internal plumbing) and new one. Will supply vanity and tap. Preferred if able to be done on the weekend.

Replace existing shower head with new one. There will be some holes after removing the existing the shower rail so need these filled on the tiles so it is waterproof. See photos of current set up and new twin shower head (no rail). Will provide shower head.

Looking for someone experienced with Zip HydroTap G4 systems to diagnose and hopefully repair a water-flow issue. The problem started after changing the Zip MicroPurity 93701 filter. The filter has been correctly installed and reseated several times. I had the same issue one year ago when changing filter- new style of filter. Symptoms: • Chilled water initially flows strongly for about 1 second, then drops to a very slow trickle. • The unit then makes a loud/strained noise while trying to dispense. • Hot water is working. • The Filter Flush line is also only producing a weak/trickling flow. • Water supply has been isolated/reopened and the HydroTap has been power-reset with no improvement. This suggests the problem may be with the filter head/valve, water supply into the filter assembly, or another component upstream of the chilled-water system. I am certain the filter has not engaged correctly. Zip service is booked for next week, but I’m hoping to find someone experienced with Zip HydroTap G4 units who can attend sooner. Please only offer if you have experience diagnosing/servicing Zip HydroTap systems.

Have a Blanco pump besides the rain water tank. The pressure valve unit has started to leak when the pump runs. Have video to show the leak

Hi I’d need a qualified tradesperson to disconnect my existing dishwasher and remove it from the cavity. I have someone coming to install a new unit already so just need this one removed from the cavity.

Need to fix leaking/burst pipe… remove false panel adjacent to hot water service (gas). Possible some bricks might need removing else access via panel and need to potentially cut hot water pipe and join back together.. test and reinstate false panel… happy to pay for materials separately and open to fixed price or hourly rate

The Issue: The toilet is unable to flush away heavy solids without manual plunging. We are also noticing small drain flies near the front and back toilets, indicating potential sludge accumulation or venting issues in the line. Requirements: Must be a licensed plumber with proper drain clearing tools (plumbing auger / drain eel). Fix kitchen tap and leaking

Hi seeking a skilled taster to help restart our gas hot water unit - a trades turned the gas off and in turning it back on the hot water unit wouldn't restart - we have tried the manufacturer instructions to clear the air and restart without success - see pics and will accept first reasonable offer - remote service providing instructions also ok / thank you

Replacement of kitchen mixer tap. New tap and hoses purchased. Same brand. Install new mixer tap, clean away old tap and hoses.

Got a shower head filter from amazon. Can’t install it.

Repair leaking shower head. We try and keep the arm straight and the taps tightened but it still leaks. It's not a fast leak, but it needs to be fixed.
