Our toilet has suddenly stopped flushing properly. There appears to be no water going into the toilet tank, although the bathroom sink and shower are working normally.

Water is leaking from lower floor ceiling, balcony drainage just above it. Happening only when raining and not in large quantity.

I have a small, isolated hole inside the basin of my ceramic bathroom sink (as shown in the photo). It goes all the way through the sink. I need a handyman to fill, seal, and smooth it over. Please let me know if it is possible to repair and the cost. Thank you
