Kelvinator N476C Fridge is leaking water inside fridge. After water is cleaned up, water reappears usually 2 days after previous occurrence. (Fridge has been turned off for 24 hours and has been restarted). Problem still occurs.

Dishwasher required to replaced with new smog dishwasher

We have a water pipe above ground that has cracked and leaking water and needs fixing. Ideally as soon as possible.

Tap servicing of all taps, a few are leaking and may need reseating. One plastic Caroma toilet leaking and probably needs washer replacement and the tap feeding it also leaks - see photos. Offering five onsite hours at our house at $75 per hour or better

Upstairs shower is leaking so I need assistance with Grouting. I am not sure budget on this.

Fix leaking fridge and temperature not staying cold

Pump to SolaRise tank (LSX-170) needs repair or replacing. Has been diagnosed as faulty due to tripping switchboard. Can negotiate final fee based on call out costs and pump replacement (if needed).

Have an existing vanity, want to move it around where the clothes hangars are in the photo, and install a washer to the left of it, will need plumbing moved and a waste pipe for the washer.

The metal piece that holds the tap in place needs to be replaced and may need a washer (not sure)

Gooseneck kitchen tap won't screw back in, have tightened grub screw, and tried swapping over O ring, though won't screw in.

Repair leaking shower head. We try and keep the arm straight and the taps tightened but it still leaks. It's not a fast leak, but it needs to be fixed.

Blocked drain down side of house

There are a few jobs needed 1. Water drainage outside my house get blocked, the water run into surrounding area 2. Kitchen and bathroom pipe/drainage need to be cleaned.

Kids flushed the deodorising hanger. Toilet now fills to brim and slowly drains.

A couple of months ago, they installed a new gas hot water system at this place. Since then, its messed up the shower. Basically, the hot water tap sometimes takes 10/15 minutes to work after it’s been turned off fully. However, if we don’t turn it off fully and leave it on to drip ever so slightly, it works instantly. Please advise the best course of action for fixing.

Two small jobs… one is to replace a pump to an under deck rainwater tank… pump has been purchased… the second is to replace the trap under the laundry sink where washing machine empties to and also put a down pipe on the left side so the flow is better draining from the machine… new washing machine and the plumber that installed it with the delivery suggested this is a much better set up..
