Move water inlet pipe for toilet 100mm higher (to standard height) and move basin waste pipe into wall cavity. Bathroom is on mezzanine level of apartment and waste pipes sit in the bulkhead above kitchen on the floor below. I don’t believe they are cemented into a slab. Also all existing tiles are being removed and replaced and can be damaged wherever necessary. Plumber to return after re-tiling is completed (1-2 weeks) to install / connect new toilet and basin, please.

I need to install a bidet and also a shower head replaced in my bathroom I have said bidet and shower head + piping but need someone to install it correctly and ensure the thing doesn't leak, should be a very straightforward job that can be done in 30 minutes or less

Fountain water leaks from the base. So it needs resealing. Also need a new tube connecting the pump to the spout. I also need a new timer for our deck watering system

Replace hot and cold washers in shower taps and a pop up waste in sink to a pop down.

Replace these taps with new black ones. Replace shower head with adjustable shower fitting (black), this will require drilling into the tile I haven’t bought the new taps/shower yet as want to consult with you first so I purchase the right ones
