Hello! I am moving into an apartment and need some plumbing work done. 1. The left side of the kitchen sink is draining water even when the plug is in. I’ve tried changing the plug, even bought a new plug but same problem. The right side is fine. The internet tells me I need a plumber :) 2. I want to change the shower fixture in my ensuite. It currently has just a shower head that comes out of the wall. I want to change it to a shower head that also has a hand held shower with a diverter. I need your help to tell me which fixtures to buy and then to please install them for me. I added a (very bad!) photo of the current shower head.

Need to change water filter on Miele dishwasher. Should be pretty straight forward but the washer is fixed really tight to the tap and I don’t have proper tools to get it loose. Just need someone with the right tools to clean filter and put it back on. Should be simple - just very fiddle coz of tight space in cupboard where the tap is located (not much clearance to get a wrench in) and being on so tight!! - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 25 September 2023

Dishwasher and kitchen taps not getting hot water . Also, pipe work for water needs to be installed (currently no meter to the house) We are planning a large renovation in a year so do not want an upgrade to hws at this point. - Due date: Before Friday, 12 May 2023
