There is a bath tub on the above level bathroom, and the water is leaking from the pipes below into the living room. I have got the upstairs bathroom sealed multiple times, but everytime we empty the tub, water leaks from the pipes below still. The pipes are not connected properly to the tub, or maybe the sealant between the joints has become loose, so new piping will have to be done, from underneath, after cutting the gyprock. In Guildford 2161
