Our double kitchen sink is currently using flexi pipe. It has been draining slowly and now stopped. Require experienced licensed plumber to - unblock it. Already tried plunger and snake auger with no avail. The block might be severe. - replace flexi pipe with proper double bowl connector and P-trap Time is flexible. Ground level access. Vanity drawers are not working properly Need replace (I want to replace the whole vanity)

I can see water dripping from a pipe outside my house. On closer inspection it seems it's not coming from the pipe but from within the house (the wood is wet). I need someone to help me figure out where the leak is coming from to see what I can do about it.

I was using the sink in my second bathroom today and noticed that the plug was damaged in the bathroom. In the first image, the gold part has been forcibly broken off. I have attached an image of the other bathroom plug to show you what the normal one looks like.

I need to replace shower taps in one bath, 1 bidet, 1 bidet cord, 1 basin taps and spout. Want to know if I can have just one spout with one taps instead of two taps and one spout that I have above the basin on the wall . I want to keep them on the wall as they're now . I will provide the taps, bidet , spout, bidet cord.

Water continuously run into toilet bowl after flush is completed. Where normally it would stop. Probably a very easy task , had a look on the Internet. It might be a washer issue. Just need to ensure this is fixed in one go and problem doesn’t come back again. Need to fix sink plumbing. An unqualified handyman messed with it and its leaking.

Need the sink to b efixed its sinking down and tbe bench needs to be fixedd.
