We are renovating our kitchen and need a licensed plumber to modify the existing drain and water pipes for a new sink and cabinets. The old kitchen has already been removed. I have a Vulcan hot 80L hot water system that needs to be replaced. I don't have a replacement tank so quotes need to be for the supply of a new tank and installation.

I want to remove all old silicon, clean out any mould, and reapply the silicon sealant to x2 sinks in my kitchen. And then I would also like the same to my shower. I also have a rusty drain in my bathtub that I would need to get replaced as well.

Change 2 x 2 handle bathroom basin taps to mixer taps. Cover tap holes. Supply standard mixer taps + required parts.

Long story short, the shower doesn’t hold back water at the door base and floods the entire bathroom. I suspect the door seals are all very old and need replacing, and a better stop solution needs to be installed. I think the small transparent barrier that is there is not enough, and the water is getting past it.
