Kitchen sink and toilet and batroom are blocked with lots of water. I need a plumber to fix them

Change the plumbing in the laundry to fit dishwasher and washing machine in tandem , currently fittings are suitable for just one appliance. Install the dishwasher as well. The washer is being delivered at a later date so no installation for that just make sure plumbing is ready for it

I have a dual flush toilet tank (I think) and the toilet is continuously filling with water and making a loud sound. I think maybe there is a worn-out rubber gasket or seal at the bottom but I cant work out how to fix it. I turned off my water supply but it is still pretty bad. Google thinks it is a an older Caroma or Fowler model. Happy to pay for any replacement parts in addition to service fee (which I am willing to negotiate!)

My toilet cistern is overfilling and water is running into the overflow tube. I’ve tested it and when I lift the float, the water stops, so it appears the inlet valve isn’t shutting off properly or needs adjustment/replacement. What I need: • Adjust float level or replace inlet valve if required • Ensure water stops at correct level • Check for any leaks after repair Please quote including parts if replacement is needed.
