Shower head leaking Tap in kitchen doesn’t flow at some angles

Blockage in kitchen sink, p pipe issue, down stream is fine, but not much flow going on.need to re route the pipe, to make it flow better

The kitchen drain is blocked. A soup ladle was dropped into the external inspection hole. Probably need a retrieval cam head.

The cistern in the toilet takes a long time to fill, is very noisy and sometimes doesn't close off properly so there is a constant trickle of water into the bowl.

Kitchen area has a sunroof. Water leaking when it rains heavily. Sealant around the sunroof possibly needs to be fixed.
