We need someone to measure the sink and find a replacement sink and install it. We will cover the cost of the sink separately .

Bathtub is leaking at the bottom outside.

There was a water leaking from the ensuite upstairs 3 years ago. This is all dried out but needs someone to fix it and repaint not sure if required?

I have a Fisher and Paykel Fridge (RF610ADUX5) - 614l french door fridge. The fridges internal drainage hole is blocked and water does not flow through to the external tray for it to get evaporated. Water pools and leaks from within. The leak comes from the freezer unit and it seems that there is something blocking the path. The fridge and freezer work perfectly fine otherwise.

i want my water meter separated for my tenants. Currently, it has a separate pipe to my granny flat but still not completely separated from the main house. I want a separate meter that my tenants have to apply for the water connection and pay for their use. Uncovered a leaking junction in our house plumbing. All the investigative work has been done - I just need someone who has the appropriate tools to repair/replace the leaking T-junction shown in the photos.
