Looking for a licensed professional plumber to complete the following: 1) Install a pressure reducing valve (PRV) on the main water supply pipe immediately downstream of the water meter. Labour only. I can supply the valve shown in the attached images. 2) Shorten existing internal 2 copper pipes, terminate them behind the wall, and securely cap and seal the pipe. Need to terminate and cap the pipes behind the wall so nothing sticks out. A small access opening is fine if required, as I can patch it later. Please provide a labour quote to complete the mentioned tasks. Thanks.
