Change two tap ware and sink mixer . I have the new replacement tools for them .

I’m looking for someone experienced with gutters to fix the fall/slope of my gutter. At the moment, part of the gutter has sagged, causing rainwater to pool and overflow instead of flowing properly into the downpipe. Need new fridge plumbed in

Water leaking from under the kitchen sink. Only happens when both sides of sink have been filled with water. I think the sink hole area is not glued or attached properly allowing water to go through the sink area(no leakage thru the pipes).

The bathroom vanity needs to move to adjacent wall to make it double vanity 1500 from 900.
