Replace Shower Head Standard fittings I will provide replacement shower head or reimburse for the cost if you are able to provide (open to affordable suggestions) I'm looking to improve the water pressure in new rental. A licensed plumber had a look and advised, although the water pressure is low, it could be improved with a different shower head. He suggested as it is a standard size, I could save costs by purchasing my own and having a handyman switch it over. I'm flexible with completion date and time Affordable suggestions for new shower head are welcomed, but not a requirement for task completion. My kitchen tap (mixer) is leaking and I’m fairly sure it needs replacing. Please see photos attached. I don’t have a tap to replace with but can get one if someone tells me what I need.

Need new fridge plumbed in

Water leaking from under the kitchen sink. Only happens when both sides of sink have been filled with water. I think the sink hole area is not glued or attached properly allowing water to go through the sink area(no leakage thru the pipes).

Need my residential plumbing pipe jet sprayed. Very easy access , there’s a block in the vent pipe.
