1. There isna leak in the bathroom. Need to identify the source of the leak and fix 2. EMERGENCY BURST PIPE BENEATH HOUSE Scope of works: -Access beneath the house cavity connecting new PEX pipe onto existing copper main water inlet and penetrations. -Supply and install new 20mm PEX pipe and fittings to suit picking up Laundry, Bathroom and Kitchen. -Delete galvanised cold water pipe line completely. -Adapt new PEX line connecting to copper tails penetrating through slab picking up internal plumbing fixtures. -Clip PEX pipe against flooring joist. -Test under pressure and bleed cold water line. Check for leaks and any water hammer.

Hot water issue in granny flat/studio. Water runs cold or stops when switched to hot. Need urgent inspection and repair by licensed plumber ASAP as there is currently no proper hot water access for shower/use. Prefer attendance tomorrow morning if possible.

We’ve had an issue with our dishwasher recently. A technician from Smeg came to inspect it and found that it’s currently connected to the cold water supply, whereas it should be connected to hot water for proper operation. A plumber (sent by the landlord) came to check the existing hot water pipe for the dishwasher and found that it’s rusted and potentially dangerous—he mentioned it could burst or explode if not addressed.but he couldn’t do it We need someone to repair or replace the hot water pipe that connects to the dishwasher as well as reconnect the dishwasher to the hot connection. Please let me know if you’re available to take a look or if you need more details.
