Have a bathroom sink that is coming away from the wall a little and the piping underneath is now leaking a little

I have purchased an IKEA kitchen to install but the current plumbing is for 2 separate taps and the tap I have to install is a combination tap. I believe I need the pipes moved and combined....? The wall is open as you can see in the photos which allows access. Need this done within the next month. - Due date: Flexible
