Heating Upgrade – Guesthouse (Blackheath, Blue Mountains) Looking for an experienced plumber / heating specialist to quote on a full heating upgrade at a guesthouse in Blackheath. ⸻ Current Setup • 2 x older commercial gas boilers (1980s) • Servicing ~10 bathrooms + hydronic heating system • External boiler room • Single-storey building on piers (~700mm clearance underfloor) ⸻ Scope • Assess and replace/upgrade hot water system (gas or alternative) • Review hydronic heating system (upgrade or replace – open to heat pump options) • Insulate all accessible pipework (mostly underfloor) • Improve overall efficiency and running costs ⸻ Requirements • Experience with commercial or large residential systems • Knowledge of gas + heat pump solutions • Ability to recommend best system (not just install) • Licensed and insured ⸻ Notes • Easy underfloor access • Site inspection preferred before quoting • Looking for a long-term, efficient solution, not a quick fix

I have purchased an IKEA kitchen to install but the current plumbing is for 2 separate taps and the tap I have to install is a combination tap. I believe I need the pipes moved and combined....? The wall is open as you can see in the photos which allows access. Need this done within the next month. - Due date: Flexible
