need to replace the flush unit as it leaks

I need a hand replacing/re-securing a Caroma Uniset toilet cistern. The new cistern requires new mounting holes that don't match the old ones. The wall is a standard plasterboard timber frame wall, so the new fixings need to be properly secured into the internal timber studs/backing. I have the cistern and standard fixings ready; you will need to bring your own drill and tools. Please let me know your experience with this. Thanks!

This keeps happening i know its a super quick fix with a camera. Need someone with a camera to look. I have access just outside back door to look at the plumbing. This keeps happening last plumber said I used wipes which is 100% in correct a few weeks later its blocked again. I only want someone to look and see if they can quickly unblock like the last few times this has happened. Not expecting any major work should be fixed in just a few minutes

There is a Leaking shower head in the ensuite bathroom The shower tap handles are tight it may need a reseal or need a new shower head and handles need someone for next Friday 13th June
