I am living in a department at 3 Finch Drive, Eastgardens, NSW. The kitchen sink is a bit blocked and water drainage is slow. So I need help to unblock the pipe. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 31 January 2024

We purchased a new fridge and I need to connect the water connection to the tap in my apartment. The connecter is 20mm but the Tap is 15mm. I have bought the correct tap, I just need to connect it.

Gas conversion for bbq to natural gas

I recently purchased a bidet spray from Amazon that’s designed to connect directly to a tap. The adaptors are not fitting so maybe new ones are needed. I need help with installing the bidet on the tap. Photos attached.

1. To replace a shower head in main bathroom. I have already purchased the material. Attached photo of existing fixture and the new item. 2. To check and fix the sealing material for the drain. I have attached a photo as well. Ideally to be done before the 6th Aug but also flexible if it’s after.

Repair toilet seat - has come off hinges

Each time we fix to adjust the toilet seat holder it gets loose and I would like it to be secured so well that it won’t happen again as I have another toilet in another place that doesn’t do this. Can you help?

Ice maker unit in fridge has stopped working need it repaired. Tap in kitchen sink has no pressure. Every other tap in the unit has pressure bar this one.

Dishwasher can turn on and wash but not draining..water is pooling at the bottom. There was a loud noise inside the machine before it stops draining. What is the root cause? Is it best to replace it or fix it?

The kitchen sink is blocked and pipes underneath leaking. The dishwasher wasn’t draining during the week which is beside the sink. It’s a double sink. Likely a blockage somewhere.

The water pressure of the existing kitchen mixer became very weak. That's why I would like to replace it with a new kitchen mixer(Nero Dolce pull out kitchen mixer). Photoes attached for existing and new mixers
