I’m looking for an experienced licensed plumber who specializes in water leak detection. There are two bathrooms with the same issue. Whenever someone takes a shower, water leaks through the ceiling into the kitchen below. I need someone with professional leak detection equipment to investigate and identify the exact cause of the leak before any repair work is carried out. The inspection should determine whether the leak is caused by. I need to know the cause of leakage for both bathrooms. Two separate properties in the same neighbourhood with only building between them, both properties have the same issue. Please bring the appropriate leak detection tools (such as moisture meter, thermal imaging camera, pressure testing equipment, or other non-invasive diagnostic tools) to accurately locate the source of the leak.

Our toilet is making a consistent loud hissing noise and leaking water into the bowl. A quick Google search suggests a faulty inlet valve or leaky flapper. Undo both flexible waste connections by hand, undo clips from underneath kitchen sink. Remove kitchen sink out of position. Using reciprocating saw or jigsaw section of cupboard out underneath where mixer tap is. Once removed, reinstall kitchen sink and test for any leaks.
Vinny was exceptional and is highly skilled at what he does. I’d recommend him to anyone and he definitely has my recommendation and reference. Even better he’s a top bloke and very genuine. Highly recommended 👍
