I'm looking for a licensed and insured plumber to replace two basin mixer taps, change a bath/shower mixer cartridge, and refit a bath spout. I will provide the basin tap replacements and a cartridge for the bath/shower mixer. We've also getting water behind the shower after use and low flow to our kitchen mixer tap, which needs investigating. Tasks required: • Remove existing mouldy and damaged silicone sealant at the base of the shower screen (90cm x 120cm) •Reapply waterproof silicone sealant to prevent water leakage •Clean and regrout (some tiles and corners show mould buildup) •Thorough mould removal along edges and joints Photos attached for reference.
