The toilet water keeps running and the water sound keeps coming every time. I think the fill valve/float is not shutting off properly. I need that to be fixed. I can get the part if it needs to be changed.

Need help with repairs for two sinks. Bathroom sink: The water drains very slowly, likely due to a blockage in the drain that needs to be cleared. The handle on the right side is loose and tends to fall off, so it needs to be repaired or replaced. Kitchen sink: There is a leak from the faucet. Water is coming out from a gap when the tap is turned on (see attached image). Looking for a qualified plumber to fix these issues. Please let me know your availability and if you can purchase replacement parts (such as the faucet and handle) if needed.

Difficulty with flushing toilet. Water is keeping on running when flushing. I have to press flush a number of times to get it to stop.

Undo both flexible waste connections by hand, undo clips from underneath kitchen sink. Remove kitchen sink out of position. Using reciprocating saw or jigsaw section of cupboard out underneath where mixer tap is. Once removed, reinstall kitchen sink and test for any leaks.
