Box gutter outlet in a parapet needs to be moved to the side can cut a new hole in the side of the parapet wall or box gutter, install a new drop or nozzle, and securely seal and patch the old front outlet hole then need to install a rainhead with a overflow provision… What’s there now must of been done by a 10 year old and doesn’t meet the standards… 2. Also an overflow outlet needs to be installed to balcony

Hello, I need a handy person to first pick up keys from the real estate agency in Frankston. Then you need to go the rental unit in Bonbeach, replace the shower head (the original shower head is in the laundry traut). Then you need to go into the backyard and there are 3 or 4 locks on the gate. Unfortunately i have lost the keys so you need to cut them open. Please take all rubbish with you from the job you do at the unit. Then lock up unit and please drop keys back to the real estate agency in Frankston. Thank you

I have a large laundry with plenty of space, hot/cold taps and sink/trap for waste drainage. I require a dual installation for a freestanding dishwasher and front-loading washing machine by a qualified plumber. There is no need for drilling but might require trap part replacement as there's currently one inlet. One of the waste hoses might need to replaced if too short to reach the sink. I have a plastic y-tube to split the cold water inlet supply and clamps for the waste attachments, but can't purchase a trap with two outlets.

Blocked pipe, look at pipes with camera and unblock. Have already tried plunger and auger.
