Have a clogged toilet . Need a plumber to get things fixed

The shower tap stopped working so the water won't stop running. Have turned off water at the main source but need the shower tap repaired

My 1-bedroom unit lost hot water. The reason appears to be the thermostat mixing valve. I will pay $300 for parts and labor to replace the TMV

Old mixer, bottom bolt image attached. Sink depth 230m ish, so needs at least a 250m socket extender or similar tool New mixer which is purchased, as standard style under 35mm bolt. I assume the current hole is a standard 35mm, can't be sure. Looks quite tight on the undermounted sink. Won't know for sure until old mixer is out.

Need to replace our oven, take the old one out and put new oven in.

Ive attached my washing machine to the tap in the garage and the fitting isn’t snug and is leaking a bit. The tap is in an annoying position so it might need an extra large wrench to tighten it, or perhaps it needs a different sized fitting or maybe even a new tap. I live near Bunnings so I am happy to pay for what ever is needed to fix it on the spot I’d just like someone to come have a look and help me get it to stop dripping. I don’t think this one needs a licensed plumber but it would be great if you have plumbing experience. Note. The second tap (in a better position) does not appear to be working at all.

Once the toilet completes a flush after about 10 seconds it starts to run, & continues running for 5-7 minutes.

Already purchased Phoenix kitchen mixer tap needs to be installed. Current tap is also a phoenix mixer with similar mechanics, should be an easy swap. I am attaching what both the old and new taps look like as well as installation instructions. Prefer qualified plumber for the job.

Assess old toilet seat, fix or buy new seat and install

My balcony drainage is blocked and noticed there is cement within the pipe. I don’t know how to remove it as I don’t have any device for it. It is a plastic drainage and apparently it’s quite full of material. Hopefully you can clear completely the drainage so it works as it should for winter, thanks

Toilet leaking on floor and holder for shower head loose

The tap which connects to our toilet has stopped working and water is not flowing to fill up the cistern. When you twist the tap in each direction it feels very loose and does not do anything. The cistern very very slowly fills up over the course of several days.
