The leaks are likely coming from inside the cisterns, which should be accessible via the flush button panels. * Replace an existing kitchen sink tap with a new one - will need info on compatibility. Both toilets are functioning but have ongoing leak issues that need proper diagnosis and repair. Ideally looking for someone experienced with in-wall cistern systems. Need licensed plumber to clear blocked toilet. Hasn’t been working properly since this morning. When I flush, the water rises and slowly drains to below base level, but toilet paper doesn’t clear. Tried a plunger which usually works but it’s not doing the trick. I’m in a 5 storey apartment block on the fourth floor - neighbours either side of me aren’t having issues, and no other reported blocks in building, so building manager says it’s an individual problem.

i have a already purchased low level cistern and some sink taps that need replacing in my bathroom. Needs to be a licensed plumber. There will need to be some drilling into the wall as the new cistern is slightly wider than the old.

Tap connecting dishwasher is leaking assume washer is cracked. Also s bend dripping may just need to be reconnected properly.

2 x Daikin AC systems, service and drain clean. One split system unit on wall, one built in, both make bubbling/gurgling sounds occasionally. No access to outdoor unit. Both cool well no issues with performance.

Remove old toilet and install new toilet. I can buy the new toilet but will need advice beforehand on compatibility. I am not an expert, but it looks to me like the Caroma Slimline Concorde Connector or Caroma Air Concorde Connector would fit. The trap is approx 150mm from the wall. The current toilet seat extends 650mm from the wall, and I don’t want the new one to go much further than that as it will be in the doorway.

As you can see in the picture, the ceramic soap holder in our shower has broken. I’m looking for someone to replace it with another one, or just a plain tile. I’m open to other solutions too if you think that replacing it could break the waterproofing.

It needs to be done today. Airtasker is not allowing me to create a date that is in 2026. It is heavy. You can not get the dryer down without a contraption of some sort if you are coming alone. My Miele washing machine/dryer stacker had arrived. Currently they are on top of each other. They also have attachments that are quite large and will not fit theough traditional laundry sink holes, and may require a hole saw. Please see pictures attached for more info.
