I need a professional to install 3 ceiling fans in my home. I already bought the fans, and they are remote-controlled with lights in the front. I'd like to place them where the current lights in the ceiling are, one in each room. The ball-bearing rope has come off the pulley which resulted in the window shade coming off the rail. The shade needs to be reattached and the rope re-inserted. The rail looks like it requires an adhesive to reattach the shade.

My chair has become a bit loose and makes noise when used. The screws don’t seem to tighten properly anymore. I need someone to inspect it, tighten or replace screws if needed, and make the chair stable again. Should be a quick job for someone with the right tools.
