Hi. We need help installing a skytta door system on our cupboard. My guess is that the shelf was attached to the wall by glue. There are nail holes but no nails. It's now coming out and need to be reattached to the wall.

The ball-bearing rope has come off the pulley which resulted in the window shade coming off the rail. The shade needs to be reattached and the rope re-inserted. The rail looks like it requires an adhesive to reattach the shade.
