I need a white blackout roller blind to be custom made and installed. It should measure roughly 2.2m width x 1.9m height

I need help installing two small wall-mounted, foldable clothes racks in my apartment bedroom. The wall appears to be plasterboard with metal studs, which I've located using a magnet. The racks have adjustable mounting brackets that can be aligned with the studs. They will only be used for hanging everyday dry clothes, not wet laundry. I'm looking for someone experienced with metal stud wall mounting who can check the wall structure, bring the necessary tools and suitable fixings, and securely install both racks.

I've got 4 Zemismart ZM25EL Zigbee tubular motors (25mm, battery or rechargeable), and I need them fitted into my existing chain-operated roller blinds in a Zetland apartment. The motors are already paired to the Tuya app with a Zemismart M6 hub. The job: - Take down 4 roller blinds. They're on ceiling-mounted clip brackets, and some sit on shared double brackets. - Remove the chain clutches and fit the motors into the tubes, using the adapters that came with them. - Swap or adjust brackets where needed so the motors sit properly. - Rehang the blinds and help set the up and down limits in the app. Please have experience with motorised blind retrofits, but a neighbour used the same motor in their blinds. The tube size hasn't been checked yet, so let me know if you need a photo first. Parts are supplied, so this is labour only.

I'm looking for someone experienced in minor plaster repairs and painting to restore the finish around internal window sills. There are areas where the existing paint/filler has cracked, chipped and deteriorated. The existing silicone/sealant also needs to be removed and replaced. Scope: - Removing the old silicone. - Scraping away loose paint and deteriorated filler. - Filling and sanding. -Priming and repainting. -Applying fresh silicone. I have the paint, all other supplies will be needed.

Looking for someone experienced with IKEA VIDGA ceiling-mounted curtain tracks to fix a recently installed system that has several installation issues. The tracks are already installed, but need to be adjusted/rectified: * Track joins are misaligned/uneven, which is stopping the curtain gliders from moving smoothly across the joins. Some curtains are already hung, but currently cannot be pulled properly across the full track. * In the main bedroom, the tracks have been installed right up against the side wall, leaving no access to remove the end caps. Because of this, we currently cannot insert the curtain gliders/hang the bedroom curtains. * Tracks may need to be partially removed, repositioned/aligned and securely reinstalled so all joins are smooth and the curtains can travel freely. * Bedroom track needs to be adjusted so there is proper access to the end cap for inserting/removing gliders. * Please also check the overall installation and make sure the tracks are secure, straight and functioning correctly before finishing. The tracks are ceiling mounted and already cut to size. We are looking for someone who is confident working with the IKEA VIDGA system and can rectify the existing installation rather than replace everything unnecessarily. Please bring appropriate tools and fixings. Photos of the current installation attached

Align the wardrobe doors and install water filter

The glass door of our bathroom shower enclosure seems to have dropped slightly or become misaligned. I’m not sure whether the issue is with the hinges/fittings or the glass door itself, so it will need to be inspected first to identify the problem and fix it properly. Currently, the door is rubbing slightly and can only open outwards. It used to open both inwards and outwards, but now it can no longer open inwards. Looking for someone experienced with shower glass doors to inspect, repair and realign the door as required, and make sure it opens smoothly in both directions without rubbing.

We have a couple of places where paint and foundation has been removed and you can see concrete wall. See photos. We need the wall to look normal again. So it needs to be levelled, sanded and painted white.
