Replace old taps and flow switch in the bathroom and some small repairs: slide door lock doesn't work properly, the slide door in the shower doesn't run smoothly; loose cabin hook in the toilet. I will upload some photos soon to give you a better idea.

Our Bowflex Maxttrainer M5 is having some issues at the moment - it feels very heavy when using the steps. It was repaired before (something to do with one little part around the belt) but I can't remember the details + who did it!

1. Lock repair or replace. The handle gets stuck and it's not very smooth that it used to be. See photos and videos. 2. Ceiling light needs replacing. I have bought it but need someone to install it. See images. 3. Toilet cictern is leaking. There are two issues (a) it continously leaks. This may require washer replacement (b) another issue is sometimes outlet valve is not closed at all(50% of the time) so I had to push buttons a few times to stop the drain. See image. 4. Fly net door the net is coming off. I think net is too small to hold in place with rubber. It may require bigger net then install it. Also, door doesn't slide smooth. 5. Wall holes needs to be patched. (painting or not can be discussed later). See image.

Need a number of screws drilled into walls around the house to hang pictures from. Need to be very solid as some of the pictures are old and heavy. We're not talking any bigger than a foot and a half for the pictures but I need to make sure the screws never come loose as the pictures are very sentimental.
