Shower ceiling has collapsed after a water leak from apartment above. I’ve now fixed all the leak issues. Need someone to come in and Re-plaster the ceiling and then paint it to match rest of ceiling (same shade of white so that you can’t tell the difference- you might need to take a sample at bunnings and check it). Repair or remove a broken window blind. The metal ball chain has come off its track, and when placed back on it does not lock or grip properly - the chain slips and can fall off unless pulled under high tension. This indicates a worn clutch / cord lock mechanism (not the chain itself). The blind does hold once positioned, but will not raise or lower normally. The blind/window is on a very high ceiling, so a ladder is required. The job is to either: • remove the blind so it can be repaired at a later time by someone else, or • repair it on site if possible. We’re happy to pay extra if the clutch / cord lock (and chain if required) can be replaced during the visit. Please include in your offer whether you are able to supply and bring replacement parts (clutch/cord lock and/or chain), or if your offer is for removal only. Timing: any time after 2pm that suits both parties.

A hole in the wall needs fixing

I need a licensed electrician* to instal 2 Fanco Gaia DC ceiling fans with dimmable lighting. I would need these installed such that they do not disturb the ceiling or make noise while working. I believe there is electrical cabling brought up to the ceiling cavity (an electrician working on other matters 2y ago was instructed to do so). Please provide an Airtasker price without bringing cables and in comments let me know how much would it be additionally if the additional cabling work is needed. Two bedrooms are 3m x 3m and 4.2m x 3.2m, if that matters. I have 2 toilet seat covers that need replacing. Unfortunately I don’t have the tool nor can measure size of the nut that holds the seat cover on. I can only assume 10mm. It’s in a hard to get spot too. Hopefully photos can help. You can park in loading zone on the same strip else minimal car parking available around the area. Maybe able to find more parking on main road.

We have 4x steel stool bases that need to be removed. And 3x stools with replacement bases drilled into the pre-existing location - probably need some anchors as pictured and circled in red. Attach tall boy to the wall and build it, mount 2 x TV brackets to wall and TV's - 65inch and 40 inch (one lounge room and 1 bedroom), Mount a 40kg electric heater to wall, Attach around 9 pieces of cat jungle gym to wall, possibly remove old bathroom vanity and install new one.

Is a block blind (company gone bust). Metal pulley system on plastic bracket. Pulls up pk but when releasing down from about half way no grip just releases to the floor. Can’t afford a new blind hope can be fixed. Need someone who is in this field an may have previous knowledge and parts. Please etc

Hang few pictures and frames in our unit apartment

There were 3 small chips and I tried to repair it using bunnings repair kit. I was unable to do it properly so need help with it.

I had 5 pictures hung on my wall using a stick on hanging peg. When I removed them the sticky part pulled away paint exposing dry wall (I think that’s what it is, could be fiberboard) I need this smoothed over and redone so the wall looks normal again. Also fill in 5 tiny holes where the tv mount is
