Shower ceiling has collapsed after a water leak from apartment above. I’ve now fixed all the leak issues. Need someone to come in and Re-plaster the ceiling and then paint it to match rest of ceiling (same shade of white so that you can’t tell the difference- you might need to take a sample at bunnings and check it). I need a licensed electrician* to instal 2 Fanco Gaia DC ceiling fans with dimmable lighting. I would need these installed such that they do not disturb the ceiling or make noise while working. I believe there is electrical cabling brought up to the ceiling cavity (an electrician working on other matters 2y ago was instructed to do so). Please provide an Airtasker price without bringing cables and in comments let me know how much would it be additionally if the additional cabling work is needed. Two bedrooms are 3m x 3m and 4.2m x 3.2m, if that matters. Photos show: 1) External view of the fan (from website) 2) Ceiling cavity 3) Installation manual [sorry for terrible order - it is not possible to arrange the sequence of photos on website] *The fan must be installed by a licensed electrician to comply with the manufacturer's warranty, hence I'd need a certificate. Carpark provided (for vehicles under 2.1 m high). [Budget is indicative only]

I have 2 toilet seat covers that need replacing. Unfortunately I don’t have the tool nor can measure size of the nut that holds the seat cover on. I can only assume 10mm. It’s in a hard to get spot too. Hopefully photos can help. You can park in loading zone on the same strip else minimal car parking available around the area. Maybe able to find more parking on main road.

Replace a screw on a curtain rod bracket (will need a step ladder as it is very high up) Replace or fix a cold water tap in the shower which has come off Fix a bedroom door handle which doesn’t seem to be working as you can’t open from the outside.
