The Task: 1) Remove the expansion joint/trim to access the plank edges. 2) Carefully unclick the rows running under the fridge and dishwasher. 3) Take a 30 to 45-minute break (feel free to grab a coffee or relax) while I towel-dry the tiles and run a fan to clear the grout lines. 4) Reinstall the exact same planks and secure the trim strip. A Note on the Planks: I understand hybrid click-lock mechanisms can be brittle. The wall in the courtyard near the AC unit has been damaged by a bush which grew into it. The bush has been removed and its removal has created an exposed hole in the wall. And there was also damage to the skirting on the left side of the hole during the removal. I am looking for an experienced builder or handyman to repair the wall damage and waterproof the damaged area to prevent any water getting in during rain. The job: -clear the minor debris left over from the wall damage in the hole -repair the hole in the wall and paint over it with matching colour -repair the skirting on the left (below the AC pipes) -water proof the damaged area to prevent future rain damage The attached photos should hopefully show the full extent of the damage and repair required. One of our blinds doesn’t grip well as you roll it down. When you roll it down past the half way mark it begins to tumble down to the ground. So for example you can’t have it rolled 3/4 of the way down as it’ll just tumble all the way down. Hoping there’s someone that knows how to repair this rather than go for a replacement?
