Require sliding door to be installed for a small bathroom. I have a painted and ready hollow door and a wall mount runner/pelmet. Door will be similar to a barn door in that there is no cavity. I dont think the job will be complicated for someone handy, but i'd like it done well. I've checked the runner fits above narrow gap above the frame and other logical items. Door frame - The current door frame is old school metal. - Open to suggestions, but a good solution seems to be to fill in the door jamb so it's flush, then add a 5mm x 40mm trim around the inside wall to frame it (have the door sitting flush against the frame when closed and running 5mm off the wall). I can: - repair any minor damage to plaster or wall paint that occurs in the process. - paint the frame after the door is installed. If the pelmet allows approx 2cm extra space when completly open, I should be able to do this and put a rubber stopper on the runner later. Door Install - Wall mount "forerunner pelmet". The wall is cement/brick. I can supply hammer drill, plugs and screws. - I think a 10mm spacer will be required behind it. - The pelmet will need to be cut shorter, so will require a grinder. I have a hand saw. - The pelmet will need to be installed with the door attached, i can help hold the door if required. I have measurements and sketches of how it should fit. Work required in 2 or so wks.

I have a small ceiling fan that needs to be installed in the bedroom. Will go where there is currently a light fitting, removing the light and replacing with the fan that includes a light and has a remote. The ceiling is brick/cement. Fan is polar II, so quality fan. I'm just looking how to repair and hide scratches and stuff. - 2 Bathrooms doors : replace it for cheap or hide the wet part with a metal plate Replace the locks with basics locks - Wood broken in stairs, replace it or find a way to hide. - Paint : there's only one color paint to have, I don't know which one is it. But it is the same for everywhere it need to be painted, only scratches. - ceiling scratches - tiles bathroom, there's 3-4 tiles to be replaced. I got them, just need to install them. - Wooden in bathroom, look in the picture there's a part in the bathroom where the wood is wet and destroyed.
