Repaint damaged areas of wooden door and surrounding skirting; touch up and fill small holes on plaster wall where baby gates removed. Not a full repaint.

We have some a wooden area in the backyard area that needs some TLC. Some of the boards need replacing (rotted), and others need to have screws tightened. Overall the whole wooden area needs to have a coat of something (oil or varnish). See photos attached which I have marked where boards definitely need replacement, and to give you an idea of size. Looking to have it done before mid December.

We have a new panel we need installed and have all parts to complete fit off. System will need to be functioning after install and units bled if required and assist in measuring balance of panels requiring replacement. If successfully completed we have over 10 panels needing replacement also. We need a skilled hydronic heater plumber that does this daily not standard plumber and understand the systems to calibrate and service also.

Hi, one of my office windows on the second floor has seperated from the top and appears to be held on by the lock at the bottom. It's letting a draft in and rattling the roller blind so I'm home to get it sealed back up again/repaired.

Looking for someone to fix and rehang a wardrobe door. The brackets and screws are missing, so you'll need to supply those as part of the job. Must have tools and experience with similar repairs.

We would like a reliable and competent tradie to install 2 x security cameras. They are “Ring Spotlight Cam Pro solar” - there is a camera and separate solar panel for each unit. See photos of surface it needs to be screwed into - either a wooden post or bricks. So you will need a good drill, maybe several types of drills for bricks or wood. You will also need a ladder - we don’t have a big one. We would like you to come this weekend please. Manufacturer includes hardware - security screw for metal collar, mounting screws, wall anchors. Will also need your help to pick the best mounting spot for optimal camera angle and viewing (I have the Ring ap to see camera picture). Plenty of free parking in the street - this won’t be a problem.

Need to install a blackout blind that goes over this window frame and covers this window nook. The measurements are 2.2m wide, 2.6m long (verticle). It should be white and sit over the frame.
