Water leaking through roof screws has caused timber batten to rot. Rotten batten is cracked around the screw holes and needs to be removed and replaced, before re-securing roof panels with watertight roofing screws. Verify that there are no other points of water ingress above or around the repaired area. - Timber batten is 90 x 35mm. - Length of affected section of batten, from rafter to wall, is approx 600mm. - I can assist, if a second pair of hands is needed from underneath the roof.
