Some materials are already on site; the handyperson should bring large screws and assess whether the existing conference-room hinge can be retained. More detail: Install two supplied door-handle lever sets: one for the bike room/store room and one for the female toilet door. Affix the conference-room door to its frame using larger screws; assess whether the existing hinge can be retained before sourcing a replacement hinge. Install a hydraulic residential door closer on the bathroom door. Repair wobbly chairs in the conference room, including tightening loose arm rests on two office chairs. Tighten wobbly toilet seats using the supplied Allen key. Handle for a fridge in the Universe bar room is detached and could break the glass. Door-handle sets and an Allen key are available on site. The handyperson should bring suitable large screws for the conference-room door and only source a replacement hinge if the existing hinge cannot be retained.
