I need my carpet removed out of the room an floor boards installed

Need someone to sand and oil (or otherwise fix if that's not the best way to do it) a water mark on my wood floors. Small mark, from a pot plant.

The task involves removing and replacing the existing flooring in the affected area. The current flooring is completely damaged and beyond repair. The scope of work includes full removal and disposal of the existing flooring, as well as installation of the new flooring. As this is not our property, we would like to use hybrid flooring. We will supply the flooring based on your recommendation.

Remove the last nails that we could not get out with the pliers and hammer/lever tool. There would be around 80-100 nails in total. These nails don’t really have much of a head so require a specialist to remove them, someone who has experience in flooring etc

We need someone who can: Fill in a 2720 x 45mm gap left in a terrazzo floor, left when we changed the door. We have spare terrazzo tiles for you to cut to size. It’s real vintage terrazzo, 40mm thick. We also have the colour-matched grout for you to use. The area will need to be made clean and even first for laying the terrazzo. Currently there is a bit of the sandy slab in one corner, and some leftover brick mortar in the other.
