We are looking for a reliable and experienced cleaner to clean one level only of our three-level home. The house is generally clean and well maintained. We are looking for an initial deeper clean of the main living level in preparation for the new school term, with the possibility of arranging regular ongoing cleaning if we are a good fit. Cleaning required – middle/main level only: * Full vacuum of the level * Mop all applicable floors * General deep clean of the main living/common areas * Thorough clean of the ensuite, including shower, toilet, vanity and floors * Deep clean of the stovetop * Attention to surfaces and areas that would benefit from a more detailed clean Please note: The other two levels of the house do not need to be cleaned as part of this task. We are looking for someone who is reliable, thorough, respectful and takes pride in their work. We would ideally like to establish an ongoing cleaning arrangement after the initial clean, so this is also an opportunity for us to see if it would be a good long-term fit. Please only make an offer if you are happy to complete the above scope for the advertised price. Any additional work outside the listed scope would need to be discussed and agreed upon before commencing. My partner and I are looking for the standard cleaning services offered for domestic cleans BUT we're wanting this extra level of detail we haven't been able to find with general cleaning services: - Moving items to clean under them not just around them - Cleaning mirror in bathroom - Cleaning windows (when required/when it makes sense). Ideally, I'm really hoping for a service where, once the cleaner has left, I feel satisfied with the job. I put most items away to clear surfaces and floors, but I still find dust and dirty surfaces immediately after the cleaner has left. I'd be happy to pay more for a detailed clean/attention to detail. I'm also not super pedantic - I totally appreciate stuff gets missed sometimes, but this has become a consistent issue over the last couple of months we have used a cleaning service. We're open to suggestions for pricing and would pay more for a high quality service. Currently, we pay $180 for a cleaning service. They spend about 1.5-2 hours per fortnight on the clean.
