The house is empty, this isn’t an end of lease clean; it’s a clean to ready the property to hand over to the new owners (so it’s not as strict as an end of lease clean- not a rental bond clean). No carpet - only a rug that needs vacuuming. All one floor, no stairs. Cupboards and cabinets throughout need wiping out. Floors need to be vacuumed and mopped; kitchen needs a clean; bathroom needs to be cleaned. All skirting boards and windowsills need to be dusted Type of clean: End of lease Number of bedrooms: 3 Number of bathrooms: 1 Equipment and supplies: Tasker must provide

Looking for an experienced, detail-focused cleaner for a 3-hour clean of the downstairs areas of my Northcote home Split-level, 3-bedroom home with 3 bathroom areas in Northcote For this clean: small bathroom, separate spa-bath area, kitchen, small dining/chill area, lounge and office. Bedroom and upstairs are not included I previously worked professionally as a cleaner, so I’m looking for someone experienced, meticulous and genuinely excellent at what they do, with a natural eye for detail I’ve recently tried a few cleaning teams/companies and unfortunately found the standard inconsistent and quite surface-level. I’m looking for someone who takes pride in their work, knows how to clean properly and notices the little things without everything needing to be pointed out Looking for attention to: * Dust/detailing - full removal of dust, dirt, hair, cobwebs and grime, including skirting boards, edges, corners, door frames, switches, ledges, furniture and commonly missed high/low areas * Windows/glass - windows, mirrors, frames, sills, ledges, tracks and grooves properly cleaned, with glass left streak and smudge free * Floors/furniture - thorough vacuuming and mopping into edges/corners, including underneath and behind accessible furniture, moving small/light items where appropriate rather than simply cleaning around them * Bathrooms - detailed cleaning of shower, spa bath, screens, tracks, taps, fixtures, toilet, drains, grout, corners and edges, including bleaching/treating grout and mildew build-up where appropriate * Kitchen - benches, splashback, sink, cabinetry fronts, handles, kickboards and detailing around accessible appliances and fixtures Basically looking for a really thorough clean with attention paid to the small and commonly missed areas, rather than just the obvious surfaces Please include your cleaning experience and any Airtasker reviews that mention thoroughness or attention to detail Type of clean: Regular Number of bedrooms: 3 Number of bathrooms: 3 Equipment and supplies: Tasker must provide
