We’re preparing our 89 sqm house for sale and are looking for someone to do a thorough one-off clean before it goes to market. The house is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is already in reasonably good condition. We’re mainly looking for a detailed clean to freshen everything up for sale, particularly our walls and skirting boards. Task will include: * Clean walls and remove marks/scuffs where possible * Thoroughly clean skirting boards * Clean doors and door frames * Dust/wipe accessible surfaces, ledges and fittings * Remove cobwebs * Any other general cleaning * General attention to detail throughout the house We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can do a proper detailed clean rather than a quick standard clean. I’m looking for a cleaner to help with regular house cleaning. It would be for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom single-storey home. I’m after a general clean and tidying, including the usual tasks such as: * Vacuuming and mopping floors * Cleaning the bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, mirrors) * Kitchen clean (benches, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances) * Dusting surfaces and wiping down furniture * General tidying and surface wipe-downs If there’s anything else you typically include as part of a standard clean, I’m happy to take your guidance. The task is for two hours of cleaning. If the standard cleaning tasks are completed before the two hours is up, I’d expect the remaining time to be used for additional cleaning or tidying tasks as needed (for example extra detail cleaning, organising, wiping cupboards/skirting boards, etc.). In terms of timing, I’d ideally like cleaning to be on a Monday afternoon or Tuesday afternoon (generally flexible on time), or a Wednesday. Please let me know your availability, rates, and whether you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment. Thanks so much, and I look forward to hearing from you.
