See picture. Think drain is blocked. Had the issue before, sink drains into the bottom of dishwasher. Drains super slowly. Below was the recommendation last time. Think it needs the pipes simplifying to drain better. Not all the manifolds seem to be working. So some rooms are cold.

I need my shower fosset replaced with a one that has a lever to switch from bath to shower. Parts need to be provided by the person doing the task. Thanks!

This is 3 jobs in one apartment 1. I tried to unblock the bathroom sink by removing the metallic tap cover plate and ended up accidentally removing two sealants. One held the plate and the other sealant was on the pipe inside. The way to get to the piping is by removing a large tile. I need someone to reconnect the sink and apply new sealant, in addition to unblocking the sink. This requires removing the large tile and then reaffixing once finished. 2. Furthermore the toilet seat has become loose and fallen off, I need someone to reconnect the sink 3. I require new silicone application in the bathroom

Plumbing - blocked kitchen sink, water drains into the washing machine

Toilet is constantly running. Access to the cistern is limited because it's a sealed one and doesn't seem to be a panel anywhere to open. Have to go in through the flush.

An external drainpipe is leaking at the joint, and needs fixing. It’s accessible from our fire escape.

The whole boiler system is broken and leaking. We no longer need the heating system in the children's room but needs to be looked at the water system and the water in the room is still needed.

I have a Bosch washing machine with a suspected leak coming from the sump hose (the black pipe at the bottom of the machine). I need a professional or experienced handyman to: 1. Inspect the hose for damage, cracks, or loose connections. 2. Tighten or replace clamps and seals if necessary. 3. Clean out the hose if it’s clogged. 4. Replace the sump hose if damaged (I’ll cover the cost of parts if replacement is needed). 5. Test the machine to ensure the leak is fixed. En suite toilet - only hot water is coming? Needs fixing.

WC has a leak we presume at exit of cistern, or from waste pipe/joint of toilet itself. Toilet cistern is in wall behind, not easily accessible (needs WC bowl removing, panel behind removing to expose pipework, then replacing back after repair). Also need a shower fitting replaced (see pic) we have a replacement part of same type. The faceplate is easily removed, then allowing the internal part to be removed and replaced. Qualified, tidy worker with good reputation/rating only!

We have a leak coming from our toilet, it is an enclosed toilet basin so cannot determine whether it's the bowl or the cistern.

There is water leaking from first floor flat , need to find the leak.
