Hi, I need someone to help with a drainage problem. My washing machine isn’t draining properly and when it does drain, the dirty water backs up into the kitchen sink. There’s also stagnant water left sitting in the washing machine drum and it smells bad. I think the shared waste pipe between the sink and washing machine is blocked or draining very slowly. I need someone to inspect it, clear the blockage, and make sure the washing machine drains properly again. Ideally looking for someone affordable as it should be a quick job.

Cistern leaks when loo flushed from bolt/or gasket between area of cistern to bowl.

Not all the manifolds seem to be working. So some rooms are cold.

I need my shower fosset replaced with a one that has a lever to switch from bath to shower. Parts need to be provided by the person doing the task. Thanks!

This is 3 jobs in one apartment 1. I tried to unblock the bathroom sink by removing the metallic tap cover plate and ended up accidentally removing two sealants. One held the plate and the other sealant was on the pipe inside. The way to get to the piping is by removing a large tile. I need someone to reconnect the sink and apply new sealant, in addition to unblocking the sink. This requires removing the large tile and then reaffixing once finished. 2. Furthermore the toilet seat has become loose and fallen off, I need someone to reconnect the sink 3. I require new silicone application in the bathroom

Plumbing - blocked kitchen sink, water drains into the washing machine

Toilet is constantly running. Access to the cistern is limited because it's a sealed one and doesn't seem to be a panel anywhere to open. Have to go in through the flush.

An external drainpipe is leaking at the joint, and needs fixing. It’s accessible from our fire escape.

The whole boiler system is broken and leaking. We no longer need the heating system in the children's room but needs to be looked at the water system and the water in the room is still needed.

I have a Bosch washing machine with a suspected leak coming from the sump hose (the black pipe at the bottom of the machine). I need a professional or experienced handyman to: 1.
