We would like a fitted wardrobe removed, wall behind made good and the floor of the wardrobe levelled to the lino in the room (this is prior to carpet being installed, see photo of wardrobe base), mirrors and tv stand on wall removed, paint walls and skirting board (room is 3.2x3.9m). In a separate room we would like beading on a skirting board removed and skirting board painted (room is 4x3.7m). Work to please start on 14 May and be completed asap (the wardrobe removal work would need to be done on 14 May pls). To include removal of materials please.
