The task is in Broadheath, Altrincham. I would like the walls and ceiling of my small galley kitchen painted with white emulsion, and the skirting painted with white gloss. One wall will need an initial diluted coat due to bare plaster on the bottom half of the wall. There are also some cracks that need to be filled and sanded. Please also see my task of Painting the utility room, which is next to the kitchen and both jobs could be bid for and done at the same time. Happy to provide the paint. Would ideally like both jobs done in the week commencing 23rd March.

We have had the ceiling in the kitchen plastered, so just need that painting as we’ve ran out of steam to do so. The plastering was done a few weeks ago so is completely dry compared to the picture

I’m redecorating and am struggling to find the time to finish sanding. The wood work and ceiling is all that’s left, it needs properly sanding down so it is ready to be painted.

There are cracks on the walls and ceiling around the house. It has been inspected and the reason of them is because they are thermal cracks and lack of maintenance on the old house. So, I think they need just repair them, I guess some filling and repainting. But I'd like some of you to decide what's the best approach. - Due date: Before Friday, 31 March 2023

We own a 3 bedroom home which is a holiday let property. We require the home to be painted internally throughout in the same colour plus glossing the woodwork. (excluding ceilings) The house is set over 3 floors. We require one floor doing at a time so that we can fit it in between guest bookings. Ground floor comprises 1 x lounge room, 1 x dining room, 1 x kitchen, 1 x wc and the hallway. First floor comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 x hallway and 1 x stairwell Basement comprises 2 x bedrooms, 1 x home office, 1 x hallway and 1 x stairwell.
